At Expedition Gourmet, we believe that the meals you eat on your adventures should be as memorable as the destinations you reach. We're passionate outdoor enthusiasts who got tired of compromising on taste when we hit the trail.

How It All Started

Founded in 2018 by outdoor enthusiasts Adyien Erissa and Syaza Farzanah, Expedition Gourmet was born from a simple frustration: why did trail food have to taste like cardboard?

After countless backpacking trips where they dreaded mealtime, Adyien (a professional chef) and Syaza (a food scientist) decided to revolutionize outdoor dining. They spent two years perfecting freeze-drying techniques and sourcing premium ingredients to create meals that actually taste good.

What started as a passion project in Adyien's kitchen has grown into a company that's fed over 50,000 adventurers across six continents. From Everest Base Camp to the Appalachian Trail, our meals have been there for life's greatest adventures.

2022 - Carbon Neutral Certification

Achieved carbon neutrality across our entire supply chain and committed to planting one tree for every meal pack sold through our partnership with Trees for the Future.

Reached a milestone of 10,000 regular customers and launched our Ambassador Program, partnering with professional guides and outdoor athletes worldwide.

2018 - Company Founded

Adyien and Syaza officially launched Expedition Gourmet with our first five meal varieties, selling directly to local outdoor gear shops in Colorado.
