How It All Started
Founded in 2018 by outdoor enthusiasts Adyien Erissa and Syaza Farzanah, Expedition Gourmet was born from a simple frustration: why did trail food have to taste like cardboard?
After countless backpacking trips where they dreaded mealtime, Adyien (a professional chef) and Syaza (a food scientist) decided to revolutionize outdoor dining. They spent two years perfecting freeze-drying techniques and sourcing premium ingredients to create meals that actually taste good.
What started as a passion project in Adyien's kitchen has grown into a company that's fed over 50,000 adventurers across six continents. From Everest Base Camp to the Appalachian Trail, our meals have been there for life's greatest adventures.
